A woman named Gabrielle Samuels was enjoying her music with her iPhone 6 Plus via headphone while the handset is charging.
According to the official report, the iPhone's charger malfunction and failed to safely conduct electricity to the device.
Then the electricity flow through the phone and to the connected earphone. The electricity was too much for the body to handle so Gabrielle Samuels got electrocuted.
Investigations find out the cause of this disaster was not the iPhone 6 Plus but the unofficial licensed Apple Charger that malfunctioning to the device.
