High Crime Incidence was Aquino's Fault Said by Duterte

One of the Presidential Candidate Rodrigo Duterte on Wedsneday Asked the President Benigno Aquino III if he was high on drugs and accused him for the high incidence of criminality here in our country.

"Mr. President, are you on drugs? That is the reasin why there are too many criminals nowadays. That is because of you." Mayor Rodrigo said

"You do not even know what due process is. As far as I am concerned, I know where to stand. If the criminal would resist violently and would pace the life of the enforcer or the military man in danger, shoot him. That is how thr law should work, Mr. President." He added

Mayor Rodrigo Duterto made the statement that he was acknowledging the use of migrant Ilocanos in the future of Mindanao.

Mayor Rodrigo also made an appeal to the Ilocanos in Extreme Northern Luzon to support his peace agenda in Mindanao once he become president.

That was the same appeal he made when he goes to Ilocos Sur and other places in the north.

"I need your help. We have to end the ear in Mindanao." Mayor Rodrigo said.

During the proclamation rally of former Manila mayor Alfredo Lim on March 28. Aquino slammed Duterte for his agenda to eliminate the lawless elements if elected, and that his ways would only cut short the justice system and leave due process.

Duterte responded to the President's statement by saying that he would never be a dictator if that was what the President was thinking.

He said he would never dishonor his mother, Soledad Roa, as a part of the so-called Yellow Friday that was against a dictator during Edsa People Power Revolution.

He criticize the Aquino's advertisement of Lim, who is also known as "Dirty Harry"

"Lim is dirtier" Duterte said as he was talking about Lim is dirtier than him.

He also added Liberal Party Manuel Roxas II for subjugating his advocacy for a federal government, which Roxas claimed could only mean better taxes for local government units and eventually for the national level.

"Mr Secretary, there are too many local ordinance taxes o top of the national taxes,"
Mayor Rodrigo said.

"That's the problem with you, you are not a lawyer. On both counts, you and president are both wrong. We have double taxation."

It is Character, not comics, would make Mar Roxas win the presidential election, mayor Rodrigo Duterte said.
